Please follow the steps below:
- Download and sign Letter of Intent (select property, ask for download password from CHI or your agent)
- Download and sign Lease Contract (select property, ask for download password from CHI or your agent)
- Download and sign Building Registration Forms (select property)
- Email all signed copies (digitally signed copies are accepted) to cityrentalsbychi@gmail.com
Please download and fill out the forms below, then submit to CHI (cityrentalsbychi@gmail.com) Select appropriate property.

- Copy of Notarized Lease Contract (CHI will provide)
- Photocopy of Passport/Valid ID, Tenant
(with 3 specimen signatures) - Photocopy of Passport/Valid ID, Unit Owner
(with 3 specimen signatures) - Photocopy of Alien Certificate Registration/Alien Employment
Permit - Fire, Life, Safety Checklist
- Card Application Form with 1×1 Photo
- Gate Pass (Items for Move in)
- Orientation and House Rules Acknowledgement
- Accounting Clearance – PMO to check with Accounting
- Shang Salcedo Place
Application. Please be guided by links below for Internet and Cable TV application options:
- SKY (Internet / CableTV)
- PLDT (Internet / home landline
- Globe (Internet / home landline / mobile phone line)
Installation. After application is completed with your utility vendor of choice, installation of cables/lines/modems in the unit must be coordinated with the building admin. Email cityrentalsbychi@gmail.com a copy of the work permit so we can coordinate with the property office.
Payment. Most utilities can be paid online. Payment portals and mobile apps are available in the same links above.
